Job summary

Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is seeking a Head of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership, governance, and oversight of budgeting, reporting, treasury, compliance, audit, and risk management across the organization.

You will establish robust internal controls, manage cash flow, lead annual planning, monitor variances, and partner with senior leadership to drive informed decision making and resource allocation. Strong leadership and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Finance or related field
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis
• Experience in governance, internal controls, audit, compliance, treasury and risk management

Responsibilities

• Establish governance frameworks, policies and internal controls.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow and liquidity management.
• Lead annual budgeting, planning, consolidation, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
• Develop risk mitigation measures and strengthen assurance.
• Oversee audits and governance with timely corrective actions.
• Drive financial systems improvements and process optimization.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
