Job summary

FullCircle Consulting is conducting a confidential executive search for a senior legal professional to lead the Legal and Corporate Affairs function of a diversified industrial group based in Lahore. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal counsel, oversee corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and manage legal risks across complex business operations.

The role requires 15–20 years of progressive experience in legal and corporate affairs with a minimum of five years in

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressive experience in legal and corporate affairs.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, contracts, litigation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in large industrial, manufacturing or diversified organizations preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, judgment and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal and corporate affairs function and provide strategic legal advice to senior management.
• Oversee contracts, negotiations and legal documentation.
• Manage litigation, disputes and relationships with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with laws across corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory areas.
• Oversee corporate secretarial matters, board governance and statutory requirements.

• Minimum five years of leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, contracts, litigation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in large industrial, manufacturing or diversified organizations preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, judgment and stakeholder management skills.
