Job summary

NOVA Finance is seeking a Compliance officer to oversee regulatory compliance, SBP data reporting, and AML/CFT controls within an NBFC framework. You will coordinate with SECP and SBP portals, manage credit reporting processes, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory caps.

The role emphasizes accuracy in data handling, risk management, and timely regulatory submissions, suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in SECP-registered NBFCs or MFIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a closely related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA (Member/Affiliate), CA-Inter, ACMA, or a specialized Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) designation will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and ensure full compliance with SECP NBFC rules and directives.
• Prepare, review, and submit statutory corporate returns and compliance disclosures.
• Oversee data reporting and integrity with SBP eCIB and licensed private credit bureaus.
• Implement, audit, and update AML/CFT policies and perform KYC/CDD audits.
