Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree or Master’s in engineering, CS, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Candidates with Head of Chapter, Project Management, Institute Management, or TVET Management experience will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the chapter’s day-to-day operations and ensure activities run smoothly.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and ensure effective team performance.
• Monitor chapter performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Manage students, trainees, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
• Oversee facilities and resources including classrooms, equipment, vehicles, and office supplies.
• Prepare and share regular operational and performance reports with Head Office.
• Identify operational challenges and take measures to ensure uninterrupted chapter activities.
