Qualifications

• MPhil or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience as Head of Chapter, Project Management, Institute Management, TVET Management, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams and institutional operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams, operations, and institutional activities effectively.
