Job summary

Logix Solutions is seeking a dynamic Head of Chapter - Karachi to provide strategic leadership and oversee chapter operations, ensuring academic excellence and driving student admissions and institutional growth.

The role focuses on managing programs, curriculum implementation, staff development, and building industry partnerships to enhance internship opportunities and graduate placements. Azam Town, Karachi location.

Qualifications

• MPhil or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience as Head of Chapter, Project Management, Institute Management, TVET Management, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams and institutional operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee Chapter management.
• Achieve student admissions and enrollment targets while implementing programs.
• Maintain academic quality, curriculum implementation, faculty performance, and student success.
• Manage financial resources, budgeting, administration, and operational sustainability.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Chapter staff and foster a productive work environment.
• Strengthen partnerships with industries to enhance internships and placements.
• Organize orientations, seminars, faculty meetings, and student engagement activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational, academic, and financial reports.
