NCL Buildtek Limited in Ferozpur, Punjab invites a Field Sales professional to develop a robust channel partner network for tile adhesives and allied products.

The role focuses on demand generation, lead conversion, market research, and maintaining stock, pricing, and credit terms while expanding customer reach.

Minimum 3 years in channel sales, graduate qualification, and fluency in English and local language are preferred; willingness to travel within the territory is required.

Formación

• Tile Adhesive industry experience in the same geography preferred.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Set up a network of channel partners for optimal reach and sales.
• Devise demand generation campaigns to create awareness.
• Lead generation and conversion through field visits and site engagements.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and credit terms where applicable.
• Conduct market research to gauge needs and competitors.
• Implement strategic plans to expand customer base and presence.
