Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a strategic Channel Manager to lead growth initiatives and align Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance behind impactful channel plans. You will translate market data into actions, challenge assumptions, and drive cross-functional execution to improve customer value and channel health.

The role requires MBA and 5–7 years of channel management experience, with a track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or related discipline.
• 5–7 years’ relevant experience in channel management, sales, commercial excellence, marketing or customer development.
• Demonstrated experience using insights and performance metrics to influence commercial decisions and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the channel growth agenda using insights to identify opportunities and necessary interventions.
• Translate strategy into differentiated channel plans with segmentation and route-to-market priorities.
• Act as integrator across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to align plans with profitability and customer needs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive timely corrective actions across the channel.
