Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is looking for a data-driven Growth Acquisition Specialist to support global growth initiatives. This role focuses on customer acquisition, analytics, helping optimise channels, referral and associate programs, and product-led growth across markets.

You will analyze funnels, track campaigns, build cohorts, run A/B tests, and prepare dashboards for leadership, collaborating with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive retention and CLV.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
• Understanding of growth funnels, cohort analysis, churn metrics and retention.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with fintech/payments, CRM platforms, analytics tools and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Growth Manager in data-backed initiatives to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Analyze funnels, conversion points, and drop-offs to optimise onboarding and first transaction rates.
• Track and evaluate referral programs, associate channels, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify high-performing acquisition sources and recommend optimization strategies.
• Build customer cohorts and behavioural segments from transactional data.
• Design and analyse A/B tests and growth experiments across key touchpoints.
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards covering acquisition, activation, retention, and CLV.
