Responsibilities

• Coordinate certification and training activities with clients, auditors, and trainers.
• Plan and schedule audits, training sessions, and related activities.
• Maintain certification records, training records, and documentation accurately.
• Manage ERP entries and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and issue certificates and related documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and clients regarding audit schedules and requirements.
• Maintain document control and record management systems.
• Ensure timely follow-up on certification and training processes.
• Support operational and administrative functions assigned by management.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
