Job summary

Riddhi Corporate Services seeks an experienced mechanical maintenance professional to plan and execute daily maintenance activities in a cement plant. You will participate actively in preventive maintenance and shutdown planning, applying robust knowledge of ATOX Coal Mill (VRM), Kiln, and IKN Cooler.

You should demonstrate strong skills in equipment alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, lubrication scheduling, and adherence to cement industry safety standards and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day mechanical maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance (PM) and shutdown planning.
• Sound technical knowledge of ATOX Coal Mill (VRM), Kiln, and IKN Cooler.
• Good understanding of equipment alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, lubrication schedules, and related maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day planning and execution of mechanical maintenance activities.
• Active participation in preventive maintenance (PM) and shutdown planning and execution.
• Sound technical knowledge and maintenance experience of ATOX Coal Mill (VRM), Kiln, and IKN Cooler.
• Good understanding of equipment alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, lubrication schedules, and related maintenance practices.
• Thorough knowledge of cement industry safety standards and safe work practices
