Job summary

Power Cement Ltd in Sindh's Nooriabad region is seeking a capable Deputy Manager / Senior Assistant Manager to drive condition-based maintenance across the plant. You will apply vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and NDT techniques to monitor equipment health and improve reliability.

The role requires a BS/BE in Mechanical Engineering and 3–4 years cement-plant experience; VA Cat-II/III preferred. You will review data, prepare technical reports, and provide actionable recommendations while

Qualifications

• BS-Mechanical Engineering/BE- Mechanical/B.Tech. required.
• 3–4 years cement plant experience preferred.
• VA Cat-II/VA Cat-III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize vibration analysis and thermal imaging to monitor equipment conditions.

Job description

• Utilize vibration analysis and thermal imaging techniques to monitor equipment conditions for optimal operation within the plant with various tools i.e (ADASH / SKF / EMERSON & FLIR).
• Review and interpret condition monitoring data, prepare technical reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Apply expertise in dynamic balancing to ensure the stability and efficiency of mechanical components.
• Employ laser alignment experience to align machinery accurately, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of the plant’s equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, standards and reliability engineering best practices during all CBM activities.
• Experienced in NDT services, i.e. UT , PAUT.
• Detailed knowledge & execution skills of MCSA.

Qualification:

• BS-Mechanical Engineering/BE- Mechanical/B.Tech.

Experience & Skills:

• 03 -04 years & Cement plant experience is preferred.
• VA Cat-II/ VA Cat-III (preferred),
