Job summary

Disrupt is seeking a Creative Director to elevate the creative standard across Disrupt.com and its venture portfolio. You will lead the full creative function across brands, campaigns, product launches, and social narratives, shaping category-defining storytelling in an AI-native venture studio.

You will build and scale a high-performance team of designers, copywriters, motion specialists, and AI-enabled creators, collaborating with CEOs, GTM leads, product teams, and Dubai HQ to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading creative for technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth startups.
• Proven experience scaling in-house creative teams in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in storytelling, narrative development, and category framing.
• Executive presence with the ability to present and defend creative decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the creative vision across Disrupt.com and portfolio ventures.
• Own all creative output across brand, performance marketing, product launches, and storytelling.
• Translate complex technology into emotionally resonant narratives that drive growth.
• Partner with GTM, Growth, Product, and Founders to align direction with revenue targets.
• Build, mentor, and scale a world-class in-house creative team.
• Integrate AI tools to multiply output without compromising quality.
• Present strategy and work to senior leadership and founders with clarity.
• Drive creative experimentation while maintaining disciplined execution and consistency.
