Job summary

iGate is seeking a Creative Executive who can translate brand insights into original ideas and compelling visual stories. You will shape campaign concepts, develop creative briefs, and work with design and video teams to deliver assets across channels.

You will lead moodboards, storyboards, and creative guidelines, ensuring brand consistency while using AI image and video tools to explore possibilities. Strong presenting and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Design, Media, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency or an in-house creative team.
• A relevant portfolio showing original concepts, campaign development, and completed creative work, with your contribution clearly identified.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with design and video teams, including involvement in pre-production and post-production.
• Practical experience with AI image and video generation tools, including prompt development, iteration, and output evaluation

Responsibilities

• Develop original campaign ideas that respond to the brief, reflect the brand identity, and connect with the intended audience.
• Translate objectives into clear creative briefs, moodboards, and storyboards; maintain visual direction across campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors to develop concepts into finished assets.
• Support pre-production and post-production with notes, storyboards, and references; provide feedback during editing.
• Ensure quality review against briefs and brand guidelines; track progress and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver on time and within scope.
