Responsibilities

• Error-free execution of cash receipts and payments as per SOPs to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Implement all processes per SOPs and KPIs to ensure policy adherence.
• Safeguard cash vault, stationery, and ATM to maintain security and reduce risk.
• Report suspicious transactions to the Branch Operations Manager for timely escalation to compliance.
• Maintain cash-related MIS and reporting for regulators and senior management.
• Balance cash in hand and reconcile with general ledger across currencies to minimize discrepancies.
