Job summary

HBL is seeking a Cash Officer to handle customer and branch financial transactions in a main branch. You will strictly follow SOPs, ensure accuracy, and work toward optimal customer satisfaction while maintaining cash and vault security.

The role requires fresh graduates or candidates with basic finance knowledge, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and vigilance in cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Cash Officer position requires good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Error-free execution of all customer/branch financial transactions per SOPs.
• Implement processes per SOPs and KPIs to ensure adherence and branch performance.
• Monitor branch operational reports to mitigate risk and aid audit ratings.
• Safeguard cash vault, stationery and ATM during transactions.
• Maintain cash in hand and vault balances according to SBP policy.
