Job summary

HBL People is seeking a Cash Officer to manage cash transactions, balance cash and vaults, and support branch operations in Pakistan. You will follow SOPs, monitor reports, and safeguard assets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Error-free execution of all customer/branch transactions per SOPs and delegated authority.
• Adhere to SOPs and KPIs to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Check and monitor branch reports to mitigate operational risk and support audit readiness.
• Safeguard cash vault, stationery and ATM; report suspicious transactions promptly.
• Ensure charges are recovered per SOBC to prevent losses.
• Maintain cash MIS and cash transaction reporting for regulators and management.
• Maintain cash in hand and vault per SBP policy and cash limits; reconcile cash differences.
