Job summary

PakWheels.com is seeking a Team Lead – Car Sales to drive performance by guiding a team of Car Sales Officers through daily operations, listings management, and customer interactions. You will empower your team to achieve targets while maintaining listing quality and a superior customer experience.

You will report to the Line Manager and collaborate with inspection teams, customer support, and other departments to reach business goals and deliver value to dealers and individual sellers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven team lead or supervisory experience in sales.
• Strong knowledge of the automobile market and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Car Sales Officers to meet and exceed targets.
• Supervise vehicle listings and ensure accuracy with inspection teams.
• Monitor CSO performance and provide feedback and training.
• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Support buyers and sellers to close deals and maximize conversions.
• Ensure smooth ownership transfers and accurate documentation.
• Report daily/weekly performance and market insights to Line Manager.
