Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, design or related field.
• Demonstrable content or campaign work with a portfolio or samples.
• Portfolio showing creative direction and brand work beyond finished posts.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the content calendar for assigned client accounts.
• Set creative direction for campaigns and ensure cross-channel consistency.
• Turn campaign objectives into a content plan with concepts and messages.
• Write and direct copy for social posts, emails and scripts in English for UK audience.
• Brief designers and editors; review work against brief and brand.
• Plan around the campaign calendar (Ramadan, Muharram, Qurbani, winter appeals).
• Work with AI tooling as part of the content workflow.
• Read performance data and adapt the calendar accordingly.
