Job summary

Navigatorhr in Lahore is seeking a Creative Content Creator to develop premium content strategies for our luxury, real estate, and lifestyle brands. This onsite role runs 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mon–Sat and offers a competitive PKR salary.

You will craft monthly content calendars, generate social media concepts (Reels, TikToks), and maintain a premium brand voice, requiring English and Urdu fluency with 2–3 years' related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (BFA, Marketing, Communications, or related fields). A strong academic track record (CGPA) is highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of minimum experience with well-known companies or agency environments. Experience with Real Estate, Construction, or Luxury/Lifestyle brands is a massive plus.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive monthly content strategies and calendars for our diverse portfolio of brands.
• Campaign Conceptualization: Generate highly engaging concepts for social media posts, vertical video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks), and overarching digital campaigns.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure all external communications maintain a highly premium, cohesive, and sophisticated brand voice.
