Job summary

Air Arabia invites applications for cabin crew to act as ambassadors, delivering exceptional passenger service throughout the flight cycle. You will ensure passenger safety, comfort, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining a positive corporate image.

The role requires a valid in-flight or cabin crew qualification, fitness to fly, and strong English communication. Fresh graduates encouraged; shift work and long hours expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher secondary certificate accepted; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures training added value.
• Fit to fly with no serious medical conditions.
• Presentable, friendly, and positive under stress.
• Customer service oriented; attentive to customers’ needs.
• Capable of handling difficult situations and emergencies effectively.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pre-flight duties: attend briefing, ensure readiness for flight, and log activities.
• Provide excellent onboard customer service and assist with boarding formalities.
• Promote onboard products and services while meeting sales targets.
• Handle cash and donations securely; maintain documentation per SOPs.
• Carry out safety procedures, assist in emergencies, and report irregularities.
• Coordinate with Cabin Supervisor and crew to ensure safety and comfort.
• Complete post-flight checks and contribute to standard handovers.
