About the Role

The Business Manager will be driving P&L performance, leading the commercial team, and ensuring revenue growth across diagnostic technologies. The role will be managing pipeline and forecasting, executing go-to-market strategies, overseeing key accounts, pricing, and contracts, provides market insights, ensures smooth order fulfillment, and managing import planning for instruments and reagents.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, setting and achieving quarterly/annual revenue goals as whole and technology wise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline; forecast opportunities and track conversion rate from the team.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing technologies including Immunoassay, Haematology and Clinical Chemistry (closed systems).
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report actionable insights to senior leadership to develop counter strategy.
• Support team for executing and developing profitable Business Cases.
• Oversee import plan of the portfolio for instruments and reagents.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE / BSc / BBA
• MBA would be an added advantage
• 10-15 years of Strong understanding of the IVD market, regulatory landscape, and distribution channels.
