Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or IT sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, or similar lead generation platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Basic understanding of software development or eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking.
• Identify and connect with prospective clients.
• Schedule discovery calls and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist in preparing proposals and project estimates.
• Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records and report progress to the Company Director.
