We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our reach. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about entrepreneurship and education. You will be responsible for market outreach, partnership development, and enrollment growth while building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Outreach & Research Visits: Identify potential students, partners, and stakeholders through targeted outreach and market research.
• Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll students, expand the school’s influence, and enhance its brand presence.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry leaders, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
• Enrollment Growth: Drive student enrollment through strategic partnerships, networking, and community engagement.
• Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with organizations, investors, and incubators to create opportunities for students and the school.
• Marketing & Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling messaging, campaigns, and promotional strategies that resonate with aspiring entrepreneurs.
• Event Participation & Networking: Represent Ignition Pro School at industry events, entrepreneurship forums, and networking sessions to generate leads and enhance visibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (experience in education or entrepreneurship is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and education.
• Experience in market research, outreach, and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
• Must have knowledge of TNE (Transnational Education).
