4Arcs Consulting in Rawalpindi is expanding its team and offering a 3-month paid internship for fresh graduates to learn how a digital marketing agency finds, pitches and wins clients.

You will gain hands-on mentorship, explore client acquisition, market research, and lead generation, with potential to move into a full-time Business Development Associate role based on performance, and you will work onsite in Rawalpindi with a 35,000 PKR monthly stipend.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a completed Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing or a related field preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in sales and business development.
• Comfortable working with targets and taking initiative.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Ability to work onsite in Rawalpindi.

We are expanding our team and looking for fresh graduates to build a career in business development with us.

About the Role
