Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Developer Associate (Upwork Specialist) role is based in Lahore. The role involves managing and optimizing DevExcel’s Upwork presence, including crafting compelling proposals, maintaining a strong profile, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The associate will research potential clients, qualify leads, and build a pipeline of opportunities aligned with the company’s AI and software development services. Daily tasks include coordinating with technical teams to prepare accurate project estimates, participating in discovery calls, and ensuring clear communication of client requirements. The role also includes tracking performance metrics on Upwork, refining bidding strategies, and contributing to broader business development initiatives to grow revenue and long-term client relationships.
