Job summary

Dynexus is a rapidly growing company in trade and retail marketing, seeking an Operations Associate to streamline operations, support production, and enhance efficiency across the supply chain. The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and involves procurement coordination, inventory management, and vendor liaison to ensure smooth product flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Total Quality Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with experience using project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate procurement processes, manage inventory levels, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a smooth flow of products.
• Assist in Production & Quality: Collaborate closely with production teams to plan schedules, monitor output, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Drive Project Execution: Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and prepare detailed operational reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as a liaison between operations, sales, and branding departments to facilitate seamless communication and execution.
• Problem-Solve on the Spot: Employ practical and resourceful solutions to address challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
