iSystems Ltd in Lahore seeks a detail-oriented Specialist to manage delivery operations, governance, and financial reporting. You will oversee data repositories, contractor engagements, KPI tracking, and timely communications, leveraging Excel and AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires strong data management, problem solving, and coordination across project delivery, finance, and business units.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas, lookups and PivotTables.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in delivery operations, governance, commercial finance support, and data management.
• Understanding of financial data management, variance analysis, invoice verification, and reporting processes.
• Experience maintaining structured data repositories and resolving data discrepancies.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day delivery operations and governance activities, coordinating teams to track actions, deadlines, compliance, and review cycles.
• Identify operational issues, risks, and delays, resolving or escalating them promptly.
• Maintain commercial finance and project delivery/governance data repositories, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, status updates, governance information, data definitions, update schedules, and version controls.
• Manage third-party contractor engagements, including onboarding, tracking, renewals, and record maintenance.
• Verify contractor invoices against engagement terms, coordinate approvals, and align invoicing data with project and financial records.
• Track project and business unit KPIs against targets, identify performance gaps, risks, and trends, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support the definition and standardization of KPI metrics and measurement methods.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders, providing variance analysis and supporting commentary while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Use AI tools and prompt engineering to improve reporting, data validation, analysis, summaries, and communication drafts.
• Develop reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and continuously enhance operational and reporting processes.
