Job summary

XUP Brands is seeking a dynamic Brand Growth Specialist to drive growth across our e-commerce brand portfolio. You will lead new product launches, optimize listings, and perform niche research to maximize profitability on Amazon and other platforms.

You will collaborate with PPC and Operations to align advertising with organic growth goals, monitor performance metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Amazon brand management, e-commerce growth, or product listing optimization.
• Proficiency with DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute new product launches from concept to live listing, including keyword research and listing setup.
• Continuously optimize listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images) for visibility and conversions.
• Use tools like DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout to identify profitable niches and opportunities.
• Create detailed product briefs for design, content, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with PPC and Operations to ensure product availability and growth.
• Monitor sales, ranking, conversion, and ACOS; prepare performance reports.
