Job summary

XUP Brands in Pakistan is seeking a Brand Growth Specialist to drive growth across its Amazon and e-commerce portfolio. You will own product launches, optimize listings, and identify profitable niches to maximize visibility and sales.

Collaborating with PPC and Operations, you will monitor performance, rank changes, and deliver data-driven action plans to sustain profitability and brand growth across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Amazon brand management or e-commerce growth.
• Proficiency with DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute new product launches from concept to live listing.
• Listing optimization of titles, bullets, descriptions, images for visibility and conversions.
• Use DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout for niche research and opportunities.
• Create product briefs for design, content, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with PPC and Operations to align growth and logistics.
• Monitor sales, ranking, conversions, and ACOS; prepare data-driven plans.
• Track competitors and maintain brand consistency across marketplaces.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform updates.
