You will collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to craft concepts, refine messaging, and ensure cohesive brand communication across platforms. This role emphasizes video-first marketing and performance-focused campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, content, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in creative strategy, storytelling, and scriptwriting.
• Excellent understanding of social media content and video-first marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and creative strategies and campaign concepts aligned with brand and business goals.
• Lead creative storytelling, scriptwriting, hooks, and campaign narratives.
• Develop ideas for engaging video and social media campaigns.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, and videographers to bring concepts to life.
• Review and refine creatives to ensure strong brand messaging, storytelling, and execution.
• Develop content and campaign calendars based on trends, audience insights, and business objectives.
• Understand and support performance marketing and Meta Ads, including creative performance, leads, conversions, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign and content performance and use insights to improve future creatives.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new creative opportunities.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and communication across platforms.
