Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Brand Development Executive in Lahore to lead end-to-end project delivery for category and deployment initiatives. You will engage with brand and product teams to drive strategic and operational brand projects across end markets.

The role requires learning agility in brand and product management for NPI projects, inspiring trust, and aligning stakeholders to deliver the best possible packaging, briefs, and market-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• E2E delivery of all Projects with follow-ups and project management with all managers involved in the process.
• Deliver the project with agility by identifying opportunities to deliver desired timelines which would stretch standard SLAs on Project.
• Management of the Project management system for NPI (New Product Introduction) and ensuring all projects are tracked correctly in the system.
• Ownership of the packaging AW (Artwork) adaptation based on guidelines developed by the strategic brand groups.
• Develop & execute accurate briefs enabling packaging development, product diagnostics/development, consumer research, performance tracking, NPI and procurement.
• Effective cross-functional stakeholder management to facilitate delivery of core business priorities
• Ensuring 100% compliance on PO (Purchase Order) and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) management
• Seamless Contract management & Vendor Risk Assessment (CRA)

Systems Limited is looking for Brand Development Executive. To be a brands operations expert for Category & Deployment teams by engaging in Strategic & Operational level projects for End Markets.

Primary responsibilities include project management and establishing on-time completion of deliverables. The candidate should have the learning agility of acquiring knowledge about brand management and product management for all Brand NPI projects.

The individual is also required to be able to inspire trust, create vision, execute best possible strategy and have potential to keep synergy within

team and other stakeholders across.
