Job summary

Raqami Islamic Digital Bank Ltd. seeks a seasoned Head of Brand & Corporate Communications to lead brand strategy, corporate communications, and marketing communications across channels.

The role focuses on building a differentiated brand, managing media relations, internal communications, and agencies, with a strong emphasis on leadership and stakeholder engagement to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Bank’s brand and communications strategy in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
• Ensure consistent application of the Brand identity across channels and touchpoints.
• Lead development and execution of marketing campaigns across Retail Banking and SME & Business Banking.
• Manage corporate communications, press releases, announcements, and external messaging.
• Develop and oversee content strategy across digital, social media, print, and corporate channels.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Drive brand awareness, reputation management and market visibility initiatives.
• Lead internal communication programs to strengthen employee engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Manage social media communication strategies and content calendars.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.
• Lead and develop the Brand & Corporate Communications team.
