Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL is seeking a disciplined professional to oversee our Lahore branch operations, blending financial management, administration, and cross-department coordination.

The role requires a Bachelors in Commerce or BBA and 2–4 years experience in administrative and accounting duties, with strong MS Excel and basic accounting software skills. Army Retired or military-minded candidates are preferred for high discipline and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or BBA or related field.
• 2–4 years of combined Administrative and Accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Generate professional invoices and manage petty cash.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor expenses.
• Oversee daily branch operations and administration.
• Liaise with Head Office and communicate HR or departmental concerns.
• Follow up on Open DNS tickets and unresolved administrative issues.
• Coordinate with service providers for facility maintenance and inventory management.
