Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• AP & reconciliations: Verify vendor invoices against POs for ERP posting; perform routine GL and bank statement reconciliations.
• Accounting support: Prepare month-end journal vouchers (accruals/prepayments) and maintain the fixed asset register.
• Taxation & records: Compile data for monthly and quarterly tax withholding returns and archive physical vouchers.
• Ad-hoc tasks: Handle miscellaneous financial and administrative duties as needed.
