Job summary

hr-pod-hiring-talent-globally seeks a senior sales professional to drive B2B business development in Karachi and Lahore. The role focuses on identifying BPOs, presenting AI-enabled voice and SaaS solutions, and closing high-value deals with senior decision-makers.

You will leverage an established network of BPO owners and executives, conduct product demos, and manage proposals through to closing, while hitting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach BPOs, call centers, and relevant businesses across Karachi and Lahore.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
• Build direct connections with BPO Owners, Founders, CEOs, Directors, and Operations Heads.
• Understand clients' call-center operations and identify opportunities where AI Calling Agents can add value.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with BPO clients.
• Expand the BPO client network and continuously grow the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
