Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, electrical, electronics engineering or related field.
2–4 years of experience in diagnostic or laboratory equipment sales and service.
Experience with Blood Gas Analyzers is preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Install, commission and train users on Blood Gas Analyzers.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
Provide timely after‑sales support and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain service records and submit reports.
Travel to customer sites for sales visits, installations and service calls.
