Contour Software Pvt Ltd, a global enterprise software group, seeks an AR/Billing specialist to ensure accurate invoicing and contract data while supporting month-end close and revenue recognition. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, manage contract records, and uphold data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes VAT/tax handling, Excel mastery, and ERP familiarity, with a focus on timely billing and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or transactional finance.
• Experience processing customer billing and managing contract data.
• Strong reconciliation abilities and data accuracy focus.
• Familiarity with VAT/tax treatment in billing is a plus.
• Good IT skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process timely customer billing per contracts.
• Maintain and update customer contract records in systems.
• Review contracts for billing, tax, and revenue setup.
• Configure revenue recognition schedules per terms.
• Validate contract data for accuracy and compliance.
• Apply correct tax treatment to invoices and setups.
• Raise credit notes and reissue invoices with justification.
• Investigate billing adjustments per internal controls.
• Reconcile billing data with contracts and schedules.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve issues.
• Investigate billing queries with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Commercial Ops, Finance.
• Support month-end activities in billing and revenue reconciliations.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and documentation.
• Improve data quality across contracts and billing systems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance billing processes and controls.
