Job summary

Jazz is seeking a Team Lead Digital Billing based in Lahore/Islamabad to own monthly billing for Fixed, M2M, Cloud and SI services. You will validate bill runs, tariffs and contract inputs, ensure invoice delivery and closely partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Technology.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or Information Systems and at least 3 years in enterprise billing, with strong Excel and SQL skills, and a proven ability to drive billing accuracy, reduce

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills required.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in enterprise billing, rating, charging and revenue assurance.
• Knowledge of invoicing, tax, reconciliation and credit-note controls.
• Ability to interpret contracts, tariffs and product configurations.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Effective stakeholder management and month-end delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly billing for Fixed, M2M, Cloud and SI services.
• Validate bill runs, usage, tariffs and contract inputs before invoicing.
• Ensure timely system invoice and e-bill delivery.
• Control missed billing, incorrect charging, duplicate invoices and revenue leakage.
• Resolve billing queries, downtime claims, credit notes and adjustments within SLA.
• Reconcile billed revenue, taxes and exceptions with Finance.
• Maintain billing SOPs, audit evidence and approval controls.
• Drive billing automation, data-quality fixes and system improvements.
• Monitor billing KPIs, open exceptions and recurring issues.
• Escalate material billing risks and ensure timely closure.
