j. awan & partners seeks a Bid Specialist to build and manage a self-sustaining tender pipeline across GCC and international clients. You will own qualification, packaging, and submission processes, coordinating with practice stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant responses.

This role emphasizes meticulous analysis, strong vendor registration, and channel management. You will own every formal solicitation from portals, supplier networks, or procurement departments, ensuring precise compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-6 years in bid management, tender coordination, or procurement.
• Hands-on experience with GCC e-procurement platforms and supplier networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the coverage register of sources, registrations, and renewal dates; log every solicitation.
• Coordinate supplier access and registrations; approach procurement departments and manage due diligence.
• Read tender packs, screen opportunities, and brief practices with a clear recommendation; obtain Yes/No from stakeholders.
• Kick off Go bids with compliance matrices, templates, and timelines; manage clarifications and submissions.
