You will build a strong team, pioneer category tools, and oversee media, PR, and sponsorship strategies while delivering exceptional brand experience across channels in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across marketing and commercial leadership roles.
• Strong commercial knowledge and proven marketing track record across strategy, brand, communications, media handling.
• Experience in digital and AI marketing.
• Experience in driving brand growth and equity in competitive markets.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Beverage category innovation and equity agenda.
• Develop and execute brand plans, activation, and media strategies.
• Manage A&P budgets and partnerships to achieve targets.
