The Social Media Manager will collaborate with Content, Design, Video, Business Development, Sales, HR, Recruitment, and Leadership teams to strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, employer branding, and measurable business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience managing organic social media and paid campaigns.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Own presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X.
• Plan content calendars and translate tech concepts into social content.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Monitor metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS and optimize campaigns.
