Uforce Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative (B2B) with 1-2 years of experience to drive new business from Lahore. This full‑time role is onsite with a night shift, requiring strong communication and a proactive approach to client acquisition.

You will identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, build lasting client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline from outreach to close. Collaboration with the team and a target‑driven mindset are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Must be comfortable working onsite during the night shift.

Responsibilities
