The role requires 3 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel for on-site work in Lahore. Morning shift with room to grow within the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3 years of B2B sales/BD experience; software/tech preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; able to run demos.
• Proficiency in market research and lead generation tools.
• Experience using CRM software to document sales activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Lahore; morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for email marketing solutions.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
• Qualify prospects according to sales plan, budget, and decision-making criteria.
• Offer products and services to qualified clients through demos.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through close.
• Represent the company professionally at tradeshows and conferences.
• Record and document sales activities in CRM.
• Prepare and participate in business development team status meetings.
• Attend educational sessions on product development and updates.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales presentations and collateral.
• Handle customer presentations, quotes, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Focus on horizontal markets and manage key prospect relationships.
• Run live and web-based demos and adapt presentations for prospects.
