B2B Growth & Proposal Associate — On-site (Lahore, 3pm–2am)

Job summary

TechieMinions in Lahore, Pakistan is looking for a junior business development professional to support our growing client base for DTC and B2B projects.

You will identify relevant projects, draft cold emails and proposals, handle client calls, give quotations, and nurture relationships with prospects and existing customers.

This 5-day on-site role (3 PM–2 AM) offers on-site work with some remote flexibility during late hours and welcomes fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Confident speaking with clients and building rapport.
• Strong proposal writing and attention to detail.
• Organizational and follow-up skills.
• Exposure to B2B lead generation or Upwork/LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
• Call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms to secure new clients.
• Draft and send cold email campaigns to generate new leads.
• Draft proposals for various projects including software development, UI/UX, branding, design, and marketing.
• Handle client calls, presentations, and negotiations.
• Provide project quotations to prospective clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Facilitate communication between the technical team, clients, and senior management.
• Identify market trends, gaps, and niche opportunities.
• Generate and track leads through CRM tools or spreadsheets.
