Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage the sales pipeline.

• Training capabilities to support onboarding and skill development of team members or partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, consulting services, or outsourcing solutions is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (MS Office, email, online collaboration platforms).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
