You will identify potential clients, build targeted lists, and run personalized outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads for IT services and software development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of direct experience, proficiency with Sales Navigator, Seamless.AI, Apollo.io, and CRM platforms like HubSpot.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on LinkedIn lead generation and B2B prospecting.
Experience with LinkedIn automation tools and multi-step outreach campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
Experience targeting international markets (USA, UK, Europe, GCC).

Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.AI, Apollo.io, and other tools.
Identify decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, HR Managers).
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns with personalized messages and follow-ups.
Manage outreach campaigns while maintaining personalization and compliance with policies.
Research international markets, especially USA, UK, Europe, and GCC.
Verify prospect information and maintain accurate lead databases.
Track outreach performance, response rates, and campaign results.
Collaborate with sales to convert opportunities into revenue.
