The candidate will identify new opportunities, present product advantages, and collaborate with product development to address client requirements while achieving sales targets. On-site visits and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial paints.
• Deep knowledge of the industrial paint market, products, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop, manage, and grow client relationships.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and provide product recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to secure new business and grow existing accounts in the industrial paint sector.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide technical and application support to clients in the selection of appropriate paint products.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals highlighting benefits and features of our paint offerings.
• Collaborate with product development team to ensure client requirements are addressed.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Provide periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
