People Perfect is seeking a Sales Executive to join a leading engineering and industrial solutions company. The role centers on B2B sales of air compressors, vacuum pumps, and related machinery to corporate clients, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering technical solutions.

The position requires 2–3 years in industrial equipment sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B industrial equipment sales.
• Proven experience selling air compressors, vacuum pumps, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell industrial equipment and engineering solutions, including air compressors and vacuum pumps.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Generate leads and build relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending proposals.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
