Job summary

MedCare MSO Global in Lahore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships across the sales cycle. The role requires multi-channel outreach, qualification of leads, and collaboration with the sales team.

You will handle cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate opportunities, negotiate effectively, and contribute to a scalable B2B SaaS sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2 years of professional quota carrying B2B Sales or SAAS Sales.
• Experience cold calling, qualifying inbound leads, and handling customer/prospect objectives.
• Strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business sales opportunities through multi-channel cold outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Engage with prospects through emails and phone calls to learn about their needs.
• Qualify sales leads by conducting high level conversations with executives
• Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
• Conduct sales development best practices with email marketing and cold calling.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
